With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.

Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

Pre-Launch

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates

Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.

The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

Hassle free 14 days returns for items not including Saddles Please see our returns Policy regarding saddle returns.

Our policy for items not including saddles lasts 14 days. If 14days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Our returns Policy Saddle is as followed:
Trialling a saddle:

We offer 3 days trials on all saddles to UK Mainland customers.

The 3 day saddle trial begins on the day the saddle is received by you and includes weekends and public holidays.

We recommend getting a qualified saddle fitter to check the fit and suitability of the saddle during your 3 days trial and to ensure the saddle is fit for purpose. This is your responsibility to ensure the fitting appointment is scheduled within the 4 days trial. We will not be held liable for any costs associated with the fitting of the saddle.

If the saddle is not suitable, you must notify us by day 3 of the trial.

The saddle must be returned by day 5 otherwise £10 per day is charged for each subsequent day the saddle is returned late.

Once the saddle has been received back, the saddle is inspected and your refund will be processed within 3 working days, If the saddle is not returned in the same condition as sent to you a 20% charge will be applied off of your refunded amount. Please note we take photo’s of the saddle the day we ship out.

Please allow a further 3-5 days for the refund to show on your card/account.

Please note we do not cover the shipping cost back to us if you wish to return the saddle.

We do recommend you use Parcel Force as a courier.

If we do not hear from you by the 5th day after you have received the saddle, we shall assume that you are happy with your purchase, and thereby the sale is final.

Trialling a brand new saddle

When trailing a new saddle no marks can be made on the saddle as if returned we cannot resell this saddle as a new saddle again.

This includes NO Stirrup marks and No Girthing up marks on the saddle.

If the saddle is returned with marks on we will take 20% off of the refunded amount back to you as we would have to sell the saddle as an ex demo saddle.
